Know a nonprofit or small business that needs better systems, stronger Salesforce support, or practical digital operations guidance? Make a thoughtful introduction and earn 10% of the professional-service revenue JRC collects from the client’s first engagement.
Submit a referralMake the introduction
Tell us about an organization that may benefit from JRC’s services. Please have permission to share the contact’s information.
JRC confirms eligibility
We verify that the prospect is new to JRC, is not already in an active conversation or pipeline, and appears to be a reasonable fit.
Earn 10%
If the referral signs a first engagement and JRC receives payment, you earn 10% of the eligible professional-service revenue JRC actually collects from that engagement.

Clear expectations from the beginning
Commission
The referral commission is 10% of eligible professional-service fees JRC actually collects under the referred client’s first signed engagement. Eligibility begins when JRC receives and clears the client’s first payment. Commission payments follow the revenue collected by JRC and are generally issued within 30 days after the applicable client payment clears.
Eligible revenue
Eligible revenue includes JRC consulting and professional-service fees from the first engagement. It excludes sales and similar taxes, product and software licenses, third-party charges, reimbursed expenses, pass-through costs, subcontractor costs identified as pass-through charges, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and amounts JRC does not collect.
Eligible referrals
The referral must be a new prospect who is not already a JRC client, active lead, existing contact under discussion, or previously referred prospect. The referral partner must have a reasonable basis for believing the organization may be interested and must have permission to share personal contact information. When more than one person refers the same prospect, JRC’s first documented eligible referral controls.
Approval and client decisions
Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance, a sales conversation, an engagement, or payment. JRC may decline prospects that are not a strategic, ethical, financial, or capacity fit. JRC retains sole responsibility for its proposals, pricing, contracts, services, and decisions.
Referral partner responsibilities
Referral partners may describe JRC accurately and make introductions, but they may not negotiate, promise services, quote binding prices, sign agreements, collect funds, or represent themselves as employees or agents of JRC. Referral partners are responsible for applicable taxes and may be asked to provide documentation required for payment or tax reporting.
Program changes
JRC may modify or discontinue the program prospectively. Referrals already confirmed in writing as eligible will be governed by the terms confirmed for that referral unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Introduce an organization
Enter the prospective client’s information below. In the final field, include your name, email address, relationship to the organization, and why you believe JRC may be a good fit.
What happens next
JRC will review the referral and contact you to confirm whether it qualifies for the program.
